The system consists of four parts: lighting system, optical system, CCD camera, and computer. The first three parts can be integrated together, and only one video signal line is connected to the computer, which is small in size and easy to carry.
1. Illumination system Generally, endoscopes use independent cold light sources, and the light is transmitted to the inspection position by optical fibers. In order to achieve better lighting effects, the requirements for light sources and optical fibers are very high. Here we use Japanese luminous Diode (LED) for illumination, size 3mm × 2mm, working voltage 3V, light color white, strong brightness. Connected to a potentiometer, the brightness is adjustable, and one LED is fixed on the top and bottom of the end to ensure uniform illumination in the field of view.
2. Optical system In order to realize lateral inspection, a 3.8mm × 3.8mm reflecting prism is used to change the imaging direction. Since the part diameter is only 10mm and the inspection depth is deep, a telephoto system is designed to transmit the image formed by the objective lens to meet the length of the optical system. A stepped sleeve assembly structure is adopted, and a fine adjustment mechanism is designed to adjust the position of the front and rear lens groups of the telephoto system to accurately adjust the focus. The lens is easy to fix, assemble and adjust. In order to eliminate the interference of stray light, the inner wall of the tube is blackened.
3. CCD camera adopts Mintong M TV-54C0N type 1/4" CCD camera, take its CCD receiving surface and control part, connect to the designed optical lens, the number of resolution units: 512(H)×492(V); scanning System: 525 lines, 60f/s. The CCD receiving surface converts optical imaging into electrical signals, which become standard video signals after amplification, filtering, and clock frequency dividing circuits.
4. In order to display the image more clearly and facilitate the observer to make accurate judgments on possible defects, the display system inputs the video analog signal output by the CCD into the computer through the image capture card. If a problem is found, the image is statically collected, and the corresponding After filtering, adjusting the contrast, and sharpening the edges of the image processing software, analyze and judge. You can also save, print, or document the image.
