JEET can perform visual inspections in special environments, such as the interior of containers, pipelines, equipment that are difficult to disassemble, the inner surface of small gaps, or areas that cannot be directly observed by human vision.

The application of JEET industrial endoscope in track inspection mainly includes the following four aspects: internal combustion engine carbon deposit inspection, gearbox inspection, shock absorber spring inspection and hollow shaft inspection. Next, we will analyze these four aspects in detail.

Carbon deposition detection of internal combustion engines in rail transit: For diesel locomotives, JEET industrial endoscopes can be used for carbon deposition detection. If there is carbon deposit on the exhaust valve of the diesel engine of a diesel locomotive, it will reduce the effective power of the internal combustion engine and cause fuel consumption. Using industrial endoscopes to detect carbon deposits in internal combustion engines avoids the traditional cumbersome operation of disassembling diesel engines. The inspection can be performed only by inserting the endoscope into the cylinder, and the entire operation process is simple and easy.

Gearbox inspection: In the normal use and operation cycle of the locomotive, gear wear and poor jamming of the traction gearbox are common problems. If it is not detected early and handled correctly, it may even cause the gearbox to be scrapped and derailed. JEET industrial endoscope can easily complete gearbox inspection. For a specific operation, you only need to insert the flexible catheter of the endoscope into the gear box through the oil volume observation port of the gear box, and you can see it intuitively. To display the gears in the gearbox and whether there are foreign objects at the bottom of the gearbox, you can also use the image recording function of the industrial endoscope to shoot and archive for further troubleshooting or future comparison and reference.

Suspension spring inspection: In some railway maintenance regulations and factory maintenance regulations, the inspection requirements for suspension springs are mentioned. The specific requirement is to check for cracks, wear and other conditions, and then perform welding according to maintenance regulations. Traditional inspection methods usually require disassembly of the spring. However, when using the JEET industrial endoscope, you only need to send the endoscope probe to the spring to be inspected to observe the cracks inside the spring and the condition of the top of the spring. This reduces the workload and economic cost of disassembly.

Hollow shaft inspection: During the operation of the electric high-speed train, if the hollow shaft is found to have corrosion, rust, abrasion and other suspicious parts through the ultrasonic flaw detection equipment, the JEET industrial endoscope can be used to probe the hollow shaft for further detailed inspection. Therefore, the magnification effect of the endoscope can be used to find microcracks. Similarly, the inspector can also use the image processing system of the industrial endoscope to take inspection videos and record the specific conditions of the hollow shaft, so that defects can be re-examined through the computer in the future to ensure more accurate inspection results.

JEET Technology Industrial Endoscope can be widely used in many fields, such as automobile manufacturing, precision casting, automobile maintenance, public safety, aviation, aerospace, special inspection institutes, food and chemical pipelines, pharmaceutical machinery, energy and power, municipal administration, railroads For transportation, please come to consult.
